FAQ
Are you just BAM in disguise?
No. Strange Plastic has no business affiliation with BAM, beyond necessary logistics to transfer the IP.
When will we release physical product?
Models are now fully public and available for purchase here on our site.
Will you produce all of the items from the Kickstarter?
More than likely there will be some items that are not producible in the quantities needed or as planned. In those cases we will do what we can to provide them to you in alternative ways.
Why?
Rivenstone looks amazing. We we were not involved in the Kickstarter, nor did we know who BAM was until earlier this year. The IP they developed with Rivenstone spared no expense and it shows in the quality. Everything from the concept art through the gameplay is top quality and we want to play its as much as we want to have fun making the miniatures. In short, we’re simply excited to make it a real thing for all to enjoy, including ourselves.
What’s the plan now?
We plan to grow the game and world of Rivenstone as much at the community will allow us. We have release several new models for each faction and plan to do more when we can. We have already faced quite a bit of backlash from those sour at the campaign days of the IP, despite our non-affliation. We are doing our best to bring the game to it’s full potential but cannot do this without community support and the IP generating revenue to back it. Right now our focus is the final physical game assets (play cards) and engaging the public.
