Enhanced animals are a common sight on the Death Fields circuit. With access to thousands of habitable planets, team owners have over the centuries adapted some truly deadly creatures into even more vicious beasts. The Tech-Raptors are a non-sentient species that has been enhanced by cybernetics to follow commands but also given limited programming to respond to specific stimuli: a raised weapon, movement, technology, etc. and bring their implanted weaponry to bear. This makes them an aggressive yet unpredictable foe on the battlefield.
