The British were always quick to adapt to local conditions on Earth using mounts as varied as camels and elephants across the empire where the “sun never set”. The Bulldogs continue that tradition with their cavalry.
Many planets throughout civilized (and non-civilized for that matter!) space have seen the rise of large reptile ecosystems similar to the prehistoric era on Earth. There are many intelligent races that evolved from such ancestry who unlike Earth’s were spared an extinction-level event. This particular species comes from such a world and although showing some intelligence they have not surpassed that of Earth pigs or dolphins. On their world they are used as both pack animals and as mounts.
During an earlier match against a horde cavalry army featuring these raptor mounts, the commanding officer of the Bulldogs at that time saw a chance to expand the team’s capabilities. They now act as scouts but also as lancer and dragoon elements for Bulldog teams.
This multi-part set includes three raptor bodies, three rider bodies, and a variety of heads and weapon arms.
